Cauliflower crust for Pizza and so much more!

Being gluten-free, I have had a difficult time getting my hands-on good pizza. I do miss the gooey pizza. It’s just an easy delicious, and satisfying dinner for the night I didn’t want to cook.

I mean, who doesn’t want to go out grab some of the cheesy goodness, the kind of dinner no one ever complains about, right?

Finding good tasting gluten-free pizzas anywhere (other than in Colorado, omg so good) is almost impossible, where I live.

For that reason, I pretty much had cut pizza out of my life for some years.

Eventually, I decided that I needed to try making my own crust, and I have found one pizza crust that wasn’t too bad but felt that I didn’t want all the empty carbs anymore. When I found cauliflower crust, a whole new world opened up for me, and my liking for pizza returned.

It’s not even close to a crispy squishy crust such as the pizzas I used to eat, but it has great flavor, and it keeps easily in the fridge until It’s time to get used. I can also freeze it if I need to keep the crust for longer than a few days.

Using this recipe, I usually make double the amount. It is time-consuming but, in the end, so worth it, as it truly makes a good pizza crust.

I have used this recipe and turn it into

  • cheesy bread, just by sprinkling cheese over the crust and bake it in the oven until the cheese is all melted.
  • Quesadilla
  • Wraps
  • Beadlike side dish
  • Eat with salad

The possibilities are endless, so start digging in.
