Flourless Protein power Bread: ( Dr. Mark Hyman)


1/3 cup of Avocado oil + 1 tablespoon (I used Olive oil for batter and coconut oil for the pan, as I was out of ‘Avocado oil)

2/3 cup raw almonds

2/3 cup raw hazelnuts

2/3 cup raw walnuts

1/3 cup raw pistachios

Add all nuts into food processor pulse 7 times, watch out not to chop the nuts too fine, they should be chunky.

2/3 cups raw sunflower seeds

2/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds

¼ cup raw sesame seeds (I did not have any sesame seeds, so I used extra flax seeds)

¼ cup hempseeds

¼ cup chia seeds

½ cup of whole flax seeds

2 tablespoon of cumin seeds (I did not use these as these are optional and I did not have any)

Mix nut mixture with seed mixture

In a separate bowl combine and mix:

6 large pasture raised eggs

½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 ½ teaspoons of sea salt ( I only used 1 teaspoon I don’t like adding too much salt to my foods)

After mixing the egg mixture well (I used my kitchen aid), add the nut and seed mixture.

Prepare a 8 ½  by 4 ½ inch backing pan ( I like to use stone)  grease pan with 1 tablespoon of avocado oil.

Add batter to dish and bake at 350F for 50-60 min. let cool before taking the bread from the pan onto a cooling rack.

This morning I used this bread to make avocado toast with an egg over easy! So good!
