This is a small guide to what your grocery list should look like, you can use the link below as well to get clear on any confusion.
A large variety of Vegetables: I buy mostly organic

Anything leafy green ( spinach, kale, swiss chard, bock joy, arugula…)

Berries, always buy organic as these have the most pesticides 2019 Strawberries were number 1 in pesticides.

No dried fruits in this challenge as they contain too much sugar
2 kinds of fats:
such as grass-fed butter,
Organic Olive oil,
Avocado oil,
Ghee,
Walnut oil,

Pecans
Cashews
Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds
Protein sources such as grass-fed, hormone-free no antibiotic-free

Grass-fed plain, whole milk dairy
Dr. Mark Hyman’s list of good fats and bad fats. I know he didn’t mention cheese in this but we can have cheeses as long as it is good quality cheese that has gone through an aging and fermentation process, such as camembert, brie….
This strictly is a guide, you don’t need to buy everything on the list but try to have a good variety these are just ideas.
